foi muito bem feito, cada detalhe foi lindo, principalmente os figurinos e visuais são belíssimos, mas senti uma leve forçação em se tornar um edit do tiktok (por sinal, não vejo a hora de ver eles) nunca li o livro e, pra ser sincera, antes de saber do filme nunca tinha tido nenhuma curiosidade na história, mas agora sei de algumas coisas sobre a obra original as quais imagino que poderiam ter sido preservadas, como o heathcliff ser negro - ou "cigano de pelo escura" * pqp jacob elordi 🔥🔥🔥😋😋😋 god bless

OG smut. About 30 minutes too long, but I liked it overall. Chemistry: palpable.
Costumes: 10/10.
Music: 10/10.
Accents: good, thumbs up.
Staging: the wide shots make it painfully obvious you’re looking at sets and green screen.
Jacob Elordi: the quietly strong, brooding type… again.
Marketing: boooooo. Margot Robbie is stunning and talented, and she’s surprisingly funny here. Visually the film is beautiful - properly cinematic. I didn’t care about book accuracy and the movie clearly didn’t either. I love Emerald’s indulgent mind.
This worked for me. Art is interpretation.

Every time a charli xcx song came on, I couldn't keep a straight face. Actually, now that I think about it, whenever a charli xcx song wasn't coming on, I couldn't keep a straight face either.

Gorgeous set design and cinematography. But everything else is just a bit all over the place. There were moments when I couldn't understand if this film was trying to be serious or a comedy. The plot moves at a weird pace, there's a moment when it's like 10 to 15 minutes of the same thing over and over again, but the final act just sort of rushes by. I don't know, it was weird. There's also this boundary that the film seems like it's going to cross but never does. It seems like it tries to be explicit and obscene, but it never really is, besides the lots of licking and whatnot, so there's this awkward feeling that the director didn't really know what it wanted this film to be. AND THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY DISGUSTING CLOSE-UPS OF PEOPLE FINGERING FOOD!
