enjoyed this a lot more on my second watch! so cute and fun and heartwarming. music saved me as a student and it's what kept me in school long enough for me to graduate high school, this movie reminded me of the joy studying music brought me :)

at first the movie made me feel weird because he was bond to be discovered as a fraud but the battle of the bands was so nice i loved it.
