Venom: The Last Dance

The story’s just alright, but the comedy hit for me every time. Venom and Eddie’s chemistry is even better here, and the ending surprised me with how emotional it got. Out of all the Venom movies, this one’s definitely my favorite. 2024: Ranked (https://boxd.it/sDDDC)

Went into sceptical but after watching it was actually a good watch, had humour that actually made me giggle. Emotion which was surprising that Venom actually mad me feel something! Like thanking the little boy for the chocolate.  I do hope to see Venom more in the future but if not this is genuinely a fitting end!

Slightly better on a rewatch but still bad. Still hated the dance scene and most of the acting. The family he tags along with are the best part and provide good comedic relief. Rest of this is a mess though, I still believe it’s written by AI and the story feels so rushed. Really suffers from missing a villain which is seen for more than one minute of screen time.

Genuinely one of the worst films I’ve ever seen, relative to its budget. The other two venom films weren’t good, but nowhere near as bad as this. Some of the worst acting you’ll ever see, especially from the blonde scientist, the script feels like it’s AI generated and the cringe is through the roof. Also, there are literally endless plot holes in this and it just makes the whole thing feel so stupid. Hated this.
